Since the announcement from the 2019 Sony World Photography Awards competition, i have learnt that I am one of only 13 British photographers shortlisted which is huge. I am shortlisted in the Natural World and Wildlife category amongst 14 beautiful images and joined by one other from Britain (Nick Edwards who works hard for HPT – Hare Preservation Trust). This competition is one of the World’s largest and most prominent photo competitions with 326,000 entries from 200 countries…wow!!! Being shortlisted means my image will get to exhibit at their International Show in Somerset House, London and get published in their Yearbook 🙂
Category winners will be announced at the end of this month but even if i don't win, i am so pleased to have reached this far especially when you look at the other contestants images.
